Eric Wensing, the Director of Jovian,  has more than 30 years’ experience in Construction and Development industry in the ACT and Surrounding areas. Eric started out as a tradesman and has worked his way through the industry to become one of the leading project and development managers here in Canberra, working on both large scale commercial and small residential projects. Eric has completed numerous construction and project management qualifications, and holds an unrestricted builders licence.

 

Jovian Pty Ltd has been operating since 2011 providing a Construction Management and  Consultancy service to help deliver construction projects for Owners, Developers, Builders and Contractors throughout the ACT and surrounding regions.

 

Eric has also provided a number of construction and development management services for the ACT and Federal Government including the Defence Housing Aust, the Department of Housing ACT and Transact, as well as working as the builder on numerous construction projects for the ACT and federal Government departments.

The success of every project is achieved with careful planning and management. With a detailed risk analysis, planning, and management of any construction project, a project can be completed on time and on budget. Variations and extensions of time can cost a projects significantly, but these can be avoided or minimized if the right steps are taken early.
